Who We Are
Kutech is a database consultancy and support company based in the United Kingdom. When we refer to "we", "us", or "our" in this policy, we mean Kutech. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect personal information when you use our website or engage with our services.
What We Collect
We collect personal information only when you provide it to us directly. This includes:
- Contact form submissions: your name, email address, company name (if provided), and the content of your message.
- Email correspondence: information you share when you email us directly.
- Service engagements: contact details, company information, and technical details necessary to deliver our services.
- Health check submissions: your name, email address, company name, and a diagnostic results file produced by our published script. The file contains SQL Server configuration and performance metadata only; the script that produces it is publicly downloadable so you can verify exactly what it collects. Submitted files are used solely to produce your health check report and are deleted once the report has been delivered.
We do not use tracking cookies, analytics platforms, or third-party advertising on this website. We do not buy, sell, or trade personal information.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your enquiries and contact form submissions.
- Provide the services you've engaged us for.
- Send follow-up communications related to your enquiry or project.
- Maintain records of our business relationship.
We will never send you unsolicited marketing material. If you contact us, we'll respond to your enquiry. That's it.
How We Store Your Information
Contact form submissions and correspondence are stored securely on our systems. We retain this information only for as long as it is needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required by law.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse.
Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except where:
- It is necessary to deliver a service you've requested (for example, if we engage a specialist on your behalf with your knowledge).
- We are required to do so by law.
This website is hosted on infrastructure provided by Microsoft Azure. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
Your Rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to:
- Request access to the personal information we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your personal information.
- Object to or restrict processing of your information.
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@kutech.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
This website uses only essential cookies required for the site to function correctly (such as session management). We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising purposes.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "last updated" date. We won't make material changes without making it clear.
