SQL Server Escalation for MSPs
Your ticket. Your client. Our fix.
The Gap Most MSPs Have
Most MSPs have strong Microsoft and infrastructure skills in-house, and no deep SQL Server specialist. So when a client's database is crawling, a restore fails, or corruption appears, it burns your senior engineers' time, and the client still isn't confident it's properly fixed.
That's the gap we fill. Kutech acts as the SQL Server escalation desk behind UK MSPs: on-demand for emergencies, or a retained day or two a month across your whole client base.
It applies to line-of-business applications too. Sage, Dynamics, and most practice-management systems sit on SQL Server underneath, so when a client says "the system is slow", it's usually the database rather than the product. We find out which, and fix it.
How It Works
White-Label or Badged. Your Choice.
We can work under your brand or ours. Either way your client gets a specialist, and you keep the credit.
Your Clients Stay Your Clients
We never approach them directly, and we'll put that in writing before we start. A written non-solicitation agreement is standard, not a favour.
Any Engagement Size
A two-hour emergency, a day a month across your client base, or project work you'd rather not staff. No minimum commitment.
Prove-It-First
Your first engagement is a health check on whichever client estate worries you most, on us, so you can judge the quality of our work before anything is signed.
Who You'd Be Working With
Kutech is led by Kevin Urquhart, the first-ever recipient of the SQLSkills Blackbelt, the highest certification from the team that trains Microsoft's own SQL Server engineers. And that's the standard across the company: every member of our technical team has trained at the highest levels with SQLSkills.
We've spent more than twenty years working on SQL Server estates for names you'd recognise, including Domino's, AXA and Barclaycard, and we bring the same depth to a three-server estate as to a global one. You can read more about the team and our credentials on our About page.
